What is the necessity of a spiritual life? I sit compulsory for everyone to be the spiritual path? The answer is that you can live a non-spiritual life, but there won’t be any peace, joy or happiness in it.
Everyone has problem, whether they are devoted or not. The difference between one who is devoted to God and one, who is not, is that the latter has no one to share his problem with. He feels that he is responsible foe all his problems. All alone and totally lacking in any kind of spiritual support, he struggles to solve his difficulties. When he is unable to resolve them, he ends up depressed and frustrated.
In the case of the spiritually inclined person, the moment he encounters a problem he takes is straight to God. He prays to God to take care of him and to help him. That alone gives him strength and courage that are not possible to achieve by any other means. No matter how many people you have around you when times are good, everyone disappears the moment you are in need. This is where the strength and courage granted by the Divine become vital – and they can gain only from devotion to God and from prayer.
This is the blessing that you have as a human being – the power of prayer. Go to God with your problems. “Oh Divine,” you say, “ Please protect me and guide me.” Lay your problem, whether big or small, into God’s hands. The faith that the Divine will take care of you will give you courage, and that will lead to peace of mind.
If you don’t have faith, you have to handle your troubles alone. Use devotion to help you out of your difficulties. When you are devoted it is not God who benefits. When you are devoted it is not God who benefits. When you pray you pray for your God through prions from e, your able to strength, and your courage. All creatures on earth have problems, but only humans are able to solve their problems by the power of prayer. All the other creatures just have to accept the hand they are dealt – only humans can seek guidance and solutions from God though prayers.
Many believe that being the spiritual path will take the fun away from life. This is not true. Traveling on the spiritual path will bring permanent peace and joy. Only humans have the choice of being on the spiritual path - it is a blessing of human life.
